1. The program is addressed to university graduates from Greek or foreign higher education institutions and professionals in the field of digital technologies, digital transformation in diplomacy, communications, law, and advocacy.
2. Essential requirements:
2.1. Online application form: Candidates shall fill in and submit
the online application form through MA’s website, during the time period and as
provided in the Annual Call for Applications.
2.2. Detailed Curriculum Vitae
2.3. Undergraduate degree or Certificate of studies completion from a Greek or foreign higher education institution
2.4. Certificate of competency in English of at least level C1: The tests and scores are
specified in the Annual Call for Applications, but may not be older than ten years.
Exemption should be granted to candidates who have studied part or all their secondary
and/or tertiary education in an English-speaking school or Faculty; have professional
experience and/or publication record in English or are English native speakers. In the
absence of the above requirements, or where the language tests are older than ten years,
candidates may ask to sit an online language test.
2.5. The names of two (2) referees from faculty members or/and employers, which may be contacted by the Selection Committee.
3. Desirable qualifications:
3.1. Relevant academic background: undergraduate or
graduate degree in the field of communication, politics, diplomacy, law and digital
technologies.
3.2. Relevant (professional) experience: employment, internship or
voluntary work in the areas of communication, politics, diplomacy, law and digital
technologies.
3.3. Relevant academic research and/or publications: research papers and
original publications in the areas of communication, politics, diplomacy, law, and digital
technologies.
3.4. Certificates of languages other than English and Greek.
4. Documents should be scanned in PDF, DOC or JPG format. They should be in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German or Greek; if they are issued in another language, they should be translated into English.

1. A three-member Selection Committee, appointed yearly by the Steering Committee, is
responsible for the selection of candidates. The Selection Committee shall convene twice,
once for early birds and once for late birds. The MA Director may not be part of the
Selection Committee.

2.8. Online interview. The selection criteria and their respective pondering are detailed in the Annual Call for Applications.
3. First phase: The Selection Committee shall examine the applications on the basis of
essential requirements and rank the candidates on the basis of the selection criteria. The
grading scale runs from 0 to 70. Passing grades run from 35 (minimum pass) to 70.
Candidates reaching 35/70 should be invited to the second phase via email. Both
successful and unsuccessful candidates shall be granted a score report with the scores
obtained in the first phase.
4. Second phase: Candidates reaching at least 35/70 in the first phase shall be called for an
online interview with the Selection Committee. The Selection Committee shall rank the
candidates on a grading scale from 0 to 30. Passing grades run from 15/30 (minimum
pass) to 30. Candidates reaching at least 15/30 should be considered successful. Both
successful and unsuccessful candidates shall be granted a score report with their final
scores.
5. An application for review of the report can be submitted before the ΜΑ Director, within
three (3) days from the communication of the results; such application may only bear on
claims that the Selection Committee has misunderstood, misinterpreted or completely ignored some of the documents submitted by candidates, but not on the substantive
evaluation made by the Committee.
6. The Selection Committee shall issue a final list of successful candidates (selected and shortlisted). Up to thirty (30) students shall be selected. The rest of the successful
candidates shall be ranked and short-listed, in view of replacing vacated positions. The
decision is validated by the Study Programme Committee, upon proposal of the Steering Committee, and uploaded on the MA’s website with encrypted student data.
7. Selected candidates will be asked to send an enrollment form, their identity card or
passport and, within a certain deadline, proof of payment of the first installment of the
tuition fees to the account of the beneficiary: ELKE Panteion - MA Digital Transformation
Diplomacy Campaigning and Law held at ALPHA BANK (BIC/SWIFT: CRBAGRAA, IBAN:
GR69 0140 1490 1490 0200 1001 462). If the deadline expires, the next shortlisted
candidates will be invited.
8. Successful candidates who wish to use the option provided by Ministerial Decision
108990/Z1/08.09.2022 (Government Gazette B' 4899/16.09.2022) for full or partial
exemption from tuition fees, will be asked to declare it in the enrollment form, and send
a fee waiver application along with their supporting documents, without paying the first
installment of tuition fees.

Programme Committee, upon proposal of the Steering Committee, and communicated
via MA’s website.

- Tuition fees for the entire program are 2.500€ for Greek and EU/EEA students and 5.000€ for overseas students.
- Fees are payable in two equal installments: a first one upon enrolment and a second one upon the start of the second semester. Payments are only made through Bank transfers to the MA’s Bank account held in Alpha Bank, BIC/SWIFT: CRBAGRAA, IBAN: GR69 0140 1490 1490 0200 1001 462.
- Fees do not cover individual expenses (travel, food, accommodation etc.) for the two in situ events, Bootcamp and Hackathon. MA Digi-DCL does its utmost to secure the most competitive prices for its staff and students..
- Up to 30 percent of students may have their fees waved, on the basis of social and performance criteria as described in Article 86 of Law 4957/2022on Higher Education. This provision applies only to Greek students.The specified terms and conditions are adjusted annually by decision of the Minister of Education and Religious Affairs.For the academic year 2022-2023,terms and conditions are defined in Ministerial Decisions no. 108990/Z1/08.09.2022 (Government Gazette B' 4899/16.09.2022) "Regulation of issues regarding the free study process in a Master’s Program with tuition fees" and no. 104375/Z1/29.08.2022 (Government Gazette B' 4659/05.09.2022) on the equivalent income.
- Depending on the overall amount of fees, donations, sponsorships etc. gathered by MA DigiDCL, it may announce the partial waiver (of the second installment) of fees, for international students, on the basis of their academic achievements during the first semester.
- Scholarships and other study support measures may be adopted depending on the MA’s financial resources. Other students may have their fees taken in charge by their employers, by MA DigiDCL partners or other sponsors on a case-by-case basis.
