Decoding Czechia's Insurance Market (Project)

Our student, Evgenia Skordi, collaborated with Hellas Direct, a leading digital insurance company in Greece, to conduct a market analysis as part of her graduation project.

The goal was to assess Hellas Direct’s potential expansion into the Czech market by mapping industry trends, analyzing competitor insights, identifying growth opportunities, and providing data-driven recommendations.

With expert guidance from Hellas Direct executives, led by Thalis Laspias, Product manager, Evgenia conducted an in-depth evaluation of the market landscape, both offline and online.

She examined qualitative and quantitative data on key insurance providers in Czechia, created customer personas, and ultimately proposed a strategic marketing plan for the company’s entry into the country.

This project was completed under the academic supervision of Betty Tsakarestou, Associate Professor, MA Associate Director, and e-Campaigning Specialization Coordinator.
