- Students must retain a copy of their submission
- Registrations must be FINALIZED to be valid
- Registrations that are saved but not finalized remain in draft status and are therefore invalid
- The Panteion Secretariat bears no responsibility for finalizing registrations that remain in draft status after the deadline
- Failure to finalize registration results in ineligibility for the June 2026 examination period
